 | | Membership Cancellation Policies | | Gold Unlimited Access: Gold Unlimited Access< is a BodyAccess monthly membership which auto renews month to month and has a commitment period of 6 months or one year option. Once the commitment is fulfilled the membership continues month to month until 30 days written notice of cancellation is submitted by the member to BodyAccess. This may be done through email or written notice. MEMBER MUST RECEIVE WRITTEN OR EMAIL CONFIRMATION BY BODYACCESS OF RECEIPT. All memberships are open end until cancelled. Monthly memberships require EFT, auto deduction from a credit card or debit card. All memberships incur monthly dues and require a current credit card for processing; debit cards may also be used. If we are unable at any time to collect payment by returned transaction, BodyAccess will charge a $20 fee in addition to the membership dues.
| | Total Access: Total Access is a monthly membership which auto renews month to month. This membership only requires a monthly commitment; however there is a 30 days notice of cancellation required to discontinue your monthly dues. Class Cards purchased under the monthly membership are valid with not expiration along with current membership status. If one cancels monthly membership and still has outstanding classes on a class card, the classes will be considered expired upon. | | Personal Training Policy: Individual Training Sessions or Duets: BodyAccess requires 24 hour notice of cancellation for individual/personal training session to avoid being charged or losing one’s session. If a Duet, both participants must be present; otherwise person not present will be charged as if attended. | | Semi-Private: Semi- Privates are allowed one make up class based on availability, but must commit to scheduled classes to avoid lost session. | | Class Cancellations: BodyAccess requires a 2 hours notice of cancellation for classes that require sign up; otherwise there will be a $5 charge for the class or a class card holder will be deducted a class from class card. | | Workshops: Any workshops paid for that cannot be attended will require a 7 day written cancellation. If not received within this time frame, a 50% refund will be granted. Remaining balance paid may be transferred to another service if cancellation is not received within 7 days. Otherwise, a full refund will be given if given notice of cancellation is received within the 7 day period prior to start of workshop. | | Freeze Policies: BodyAccess offers the option to freeze your membership for up to two months annually. There is no pro-rate available for partial months. If you will be unavailable to use services for portion of month, you may freeze for one month and pay a drop in charge of $15 per class for such month. | | Moving: BodyAccess allows for cancellation of membership prior to commitment fulfillment if one moves more than 10 miles away from current address. | REFUND POLICY: BodyAccess will refund your money within 7 days notice of cancellation of purchasing any membership or service for any reason. Once the 7 days have expired, BodyAccess will allow you to transfer the remaining balance of any package or membership to any other service, product or to another person.
