Class Descriptions
Core
Pilates Core is an intermediate class. This class focuses on further strengthening of the core muscles and building endurance to perform more complex pilates exercises. This is a challenging class great for beginners who are already familiar with the essentials and for those who have been doing pilates for a while, as the pace and level of coordination increases.
POD - Pedal On Demand
Pedal on Demand is an interval cardiovasuclar training to an inspirational video. Indoor cycling that integrates pilates methods with cardio resulting in an optimal workout on flexible time. Join us for a 30 minute ride that will burn calories, build strength and enhance cardiovasular fitness.
Reformer
A Reformer workout for your entire body. Get the most of your time with this workout focused on resistance and core training at a faster pace.

Prerequisite(s): TOTAL ACCESS
Prerequisite Notes: A minimum of 10 reformer classes should be taken prior to this class.
Essential Flow
Essential Flow delivers movement and fundamental exercises to tone, strengthen and create greater flexibility and endurance. This class will create greater awareness connecting your body and mind. A pilates class for all people that can be done for a lifetime. First class is complimentary. Please call to sign up.
Pedal
Indoor cycling class encompasses a variety of riding conditions similar to outside riding. Intensity varied from easy to hard. This class is for everyone! Get your heart rate monitor - highly recommended for the most effective workout.
Pilates Ball-Special Session begins October 7th with Barbara!
Pilates on the Ball uses the stability ball in performing pilates exercises. The stability ball challenges balance while strengthening core and peripheral muscles.
